Noir is closed for recruitment and the remaining members are advised to apply to the Legion Titans.

I want to thank everyone for the ride, because I had lots of fun starting Aion with you all Smile I am sorry that Noir wasn't the success we hoped it would become. But I am glad we started it and it was a great experience for me!

Noir will remain in Aion for the people who want to stay.

It's a shame, yeah. But I believe it's not any of us we have to blame in all honesty.

The game we chose was a real disappointment, at least in my oppinion, it was promising at first, but the deeper you went, the worse it got. The whole thing was okay for the first 30 levels or so, but after that it just felt like they ran out of ideas. Lack of quests, broken PvP (crashing during fortress siege, lol?) never ending grind, whether you're going solo or grouping up.

The game has some real issues, and I doubt NCsoft is going to do much about them. If they haven't gotten rid of the bots and fixed the crashing when the game has been running for a good couple of weeks, then they probably never will.

At least not without banning some people in the process. This is quite possibly the last product I'll ever buy that has the NCsoft logo on it. The experience has been less than optimal to say the least.

It really is to bad it had to go like this.
Personally I still enjoy the game very much, and so I will be applying at Titans.
I'll admit, AION isn't what we expected / hoped for, but at least for me it's still a very enjoyable game.
It does take a different mindset then most western games though, but this is through for most asian / korean games.

Pitty Sad

And I wanted to try out the game as well. Seems like i'm not going to now.

Anyway great job with the legion frank, it's a shame the game "killed" it young.

See ya all around!!

It's indeed a shame that it came to this but it wasn't by any fault of us members, Aion simply didn't deliver. I'll most likely cancel my subscription at the end of November but I'll continue to keep an eye on the game if there are interesting changes then I'll get back. I'll continue checking this site however so you won't get rid of me Smile
